Shipping policy

Our kids’ snack trays are refrigerated perishable food products and are shipped at the beginning of the week to help maintain freshness and support proper delivery timing.

Orders are typically shipped on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday. Orders placed later in the week, or when inventory is limited, may be processed and shipped the following week.

We offer free shipping on orders of 4 or more kids’ snack trays. Orders below this minimum may be subject to standard shipping charges.

All shipments are subject to product availability and stock. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, carrier service, and external shipping conditions.

Once delivered, products should be refrigerated immediately. These trays are not intended to be frozen, as freezing may affect the quality of the crackers, cheese, and overall product texture.
