By placing an order on our website, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current purchase, shipping, and contact information.
Our kids’ snack trays are refrigerated perishable food products and should be kept refrigerated upon delivery. These products are not intended to be frozen, as freezing may affect product quality and texture.
Orders are shipped at the beginning of the week, typically on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday, to help maintain freshness and allow proper transit time. Orders placed later in the week may be processed and shipped the following week.
All orders are subject to product availability and stock. We reserve the right to limit, delay, or cancel orders if an item is unavailable or if there is an issue with fulfillment.
We offer free shipping on orders of 4 or more kids’ snack trays. Orders that do not meet this minimum may be subject to standard shipping charges.
Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to modify or cancel it after processing has begun.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order arrives damaged or compromised, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy.
